Asado & agonia

They're not great. They're not spectacular, and God knows they didn't have perfect circumstances going into the season (although all of it was caused by they themselves), and it would take one mighty deluded laziale to think they would have anything to do with European places. Let alone finishing above Roma, as more than one was willing to bet me in August (I'll be collecting after Sunday).

But this, a celebratory barbecue, for reaching "the objective" of avoiding relegation? That seems incredibly void of self-reflection even for their standards. It's one thing to be happy about not being the biggest under performers in history of Italian football and be relegated, it's another thing entirely to celebrate it as if an important landmark had been reached.

This post will be updated when/if pictures of Lotito emerges.
